Meet Kaia
Slime Magic is Kaia's small business, run with help from her family. Every order is mixed, packed and labeled by hand.
How it all began
Kaia had aplastic anemia and had nothing to do in the hospital, so she decided to make a slime business. She made slimes one by one in her hospital room and sold them to her doctors, nurses, friends, and family.
Later, while her family stayed near the hospital for several months for her follow-up care, Kaia got her biggest order yet: 40 slimes.
Safety & care
Please read this before you play. The same warnings are printed on every tub.
Warning
- For ages 13 and up. Not a toy for young children. Adult supervision for anyone younger.
- Do not eat. Slime is not food, even when it smells sweet.
- Wash hands before and after play.
- Keep away from hair, carpet, fabric and pets.
- Stop playing if skin gets red or itchy.
- Some slimes contain small add-ins. Choking hazard for small children.
Allergy note
Kaia's recipes are her own secret. Like most slime, ours is made with a glue base and a borate activator, and some slimes include fragrance and colorant. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please think carefully about whether slime is right for you before ordering.
Our slimes are built to last for at least 8 weeks. Store with the lid closed, and throw it away if it smells off or shows spots.
Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is a flat $5.50 per order.
Orders are packed within 3 business days and sent by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Very hot or cold weather can change a slime's texture on the way. Most slime bounces back after a day at room temperature.
Returns
Because slime is played with by hand, we can't accept returns.
If your slime arrives leaked, damaged or wrong, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Questions
My slime got sticky. What do I do?
Knead it for a minute with clean hands. If it's still sticky, add one or two drops of slime activator and knead again. Go slowly, because too much makes it stiff.
My slime got hard. Can I fix it?
Knead in a small squirt of lotion or a few drops of glycerin. Warm hands help too.
How do I get slime out of clothes?
Soak the spot with white vinegar, work it with your fingers, then wash as normal.
Is this slime for little kids?
No. Kaia's slime is made for ages 13 and up. Younger kids should only play with it with an adult watching.
Terms of sale
By placing an order you agree that:
- Slime Magic products are for ages 13 and up, or for use with adult supervision.
- Slime is not edible and must be kept away from mouths, eyes, young children and pets.
- You have read the warnings and allergy note above.
- Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Orders are handled by a parent on Kaia's behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Privacy
We only use your name, email and shipping address to fill your order. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. We don't sell or share your information, and this site doesn't use tracking cookies.
